121010-002397 My Ticket is not being announced here Gaile Gray. I’ve been monitoring your post about the tickets and i can’t seem to find my ticket 121010-002397. It’s about a fake Fraudulent purchase which is not true coz i bought the game from an original retail store here in the Philippines. This is the 4th Day. Please do something about this.

That’s gonna take you some time, leawen. very sad to here that. There timing of banning people is really terrible. The lost shores update is coming, then you’re gonna make a mistake by banning innocent people ? What do you want us to feel ? Terrible ?

Well, my account got Terminated because of a Fraud that purchase a serial key from their website ._. seriously? you let people like that slip away? >_< I mean, you don’t have any idea who are the people buying from you ? It really sucks because i’ve been playing since the Three Days Access and i can’t believe that my account got TERMINATED . I bought my account from a legitimate retail store here in the Philippines and look BOOM. My account is gone. If they don’t solve my case. I’m going to say Goodbye to Guildwars2 soon

You know what hurts me the most? That ArenaNet suspended my account, yet i’m very innocent. I’m not even a trash talker nor a botter in game. I know they won’t tell you what you’ve done when you got suspended but honestly, if we don’t know what we did then how are we gonna change what we’ve done wrong ? Coz we’re completely INNOCENT. We’ve done nothing wrong. I paid for this game, why would i destroy it ? I love this game, why would i bash the people who are playing it ? I got accused for being a trashtalker/botter.
People getting more suspended? Seriously? Arenanet. I salute you guys, but please do something about this

Good Sir. I didn’t do anything, and i got suspended. I didn’t even talk to a gold seller instead i REPORT them. I don’t really know what’s going on with Guildwars2. I already loved the game man. Somehow it’s a pain in the heart that this is happening me.
Many people got suspended for no reason.
