I don’t really care much for that whisper/party chat for dueling so I normally ignore it. It’s in the game though so I guess it’s probably the best method to find a 1v1.

I’ll be honest…I don’t like fighting SoS. Most people I fight from that guild is really good and I’m always certain to lose. However, I try anyways so that I can learn. Just last night I kept throwing myself to Envy just to see what kind of damage I was doing and how certain combos worked. It was not a pretty sight.

I didn’t know /laughing was rude or disrespectful. I always did a /laugh when I did something funny or my opponent did. I will refrain from using the emote from now on. My apologies.

Also, I’m an old school DAoC with a splash of GW2 so if you wish to duel me a simple /bow will do. I’ll do my best to accomodate your request (if I notice it) but can’t speak for others if they jump in. I will also run in zergs, sometimes interrupt 1v1’s (unless I can clearly see it’s a duel) and mow down solo’s with multiples because lets face it…it’s WvW. I don’t mind if it happens to me because I expect it.

I don’t boast @ being the best of my class (or server) and actually think I pretty much suck at this game. That being said, you can imagine how I feel when I actually win a fight. If you’re one of the great fighters depicted here on the forums and lose a 1v1 to me…don’t worry it was probably due to your consumables running out, me being lucky, lag, you not feeling well, or simply that I had the edge. I assure you it will not happen often.

Just an insight of one BP player trying to have fun out there in the battlefield. /cheers

I would just like to say…

I’m a skilless zerger
I run a skilless 2-4man (never 5 and often without voice chat)
I pretty much suck at both toons that I play
I love playing this game
I miss DAoC

oh and… MID4LIFE!

Have fun out there guys…enjoy the challenge whether it be zerg, solo or 5man. Play the game how you want to play it and respect how everybody else plays their game. I will.

FYI…my guild doesn’t know that I just called them skilless so please don’t tell them. I’d like to stay in HoA. Cheers!

House of Ahm – Been on BP since launch

Hope that clears up any confusion.

The currently active [HoA] that I’m familiar with on AR is “Heart of Anvil Rock”.

I normally just lurk on these forums but I had to post and say that this was one of the most enjoyable week for WvW since release for me. I had a blast doing everything from zerg warfare, tower/keep defense, 2-3 man roaming (sorry don’t have a 5man in my guild), solo and dueling and I seriously had a blast! Regardless of what was said on this thread or how anybody feels about our server, all the drama, cheating accusations, chest thumping and negative comments, I thank each and everyone of you for an amazing week. I could probably do without Monkey Shine’s negativity in our /map chat but I’ll even thank him for some of the more colorful/humorous things he’s said.
