I play now GW2 with the option “best performance” for pve and wvw. I like to buy a new CPU but I dont really know much about all this so this is what I have now.
GeForce GT 520
Intel® Pentium® CPU G620@2.60Hrz
4.00 GB RAM
Win 7
Asus P8 H61-M Lx3 PLUS

For what i know I can use i5 and i7 with this Motherboard but im not sure I can use any I want or how it works. Also I cant spend much on this so I like to know what are my option here.

Same here, EU player on NA server SoR. LFG (beta) gives me Network error, I can not party with other players or use the guild chat and I am alone in the guild roster.

I been waiting for tonics like the ones we had back in gw1, I spend lots of ectos to buy the Margonite tonic and also had my Vekk tonic! It was really fun to play in dungeons with those tonics or just run around towns with it, if im not wrong it last fo 40 minutes and had no cooldown time.
Now this is GW2 and things are diferent… so please some Dev just get in here and let me know if this tonic is working as intended and only last for 5 miunes so i can destroy it.

Is really bad experience to play GW2 with this lag right now. Hope you guys can fixt it or give some answers.
