Channeling in stronghold HAS TO CHANGE. I am ok if they keep the ability to channel while taking damage. But basically (mainly warriors) all they have to do is walk up and pop stability…
If it is in a 1v1 situation you need a BOON STRIP and a HARD cc… and most warriros do have some type of hard cc to stop you.
THEY HAVE to change this to have some type of additional condition such as" if you take 50% of your max life during channel it also breaks"
Most classes dont have a boon strip and a hard cc. and fewer run both at the same time..
Thier is no reliable counter-play to the stability channel and i request that it should be changed!!
I think the Dh seems really fun and cool. It opens up alot for both pve and pvp. I do think that a condi trapper gurdian would be just flat out worse then a power trapper. The bleed aspect of traps i think is much more useful/viable in a pve or zerging scene based on how far away you can set the trap.
As a condi guardian pvper myself, I just wanted to say that Defenders dogma is a really strong trait mainly because you never want to use your VoJ already. So basicly you just get free extra procs.
Rest of the line is really geared towards traps or bows, mainly bows. So for either power or condi builds, if you want to stick to a build you already have now. You are just going to pick up moderate utility skills. You mainly would go down this track just for the new justices even if u want to stay away from traps and bows.
I like the Tomes. I would be perfectly happy to see them qualified as a spirit weapon. (conjour weps would have made so much sense for guardians , WIELD UR SPIRIT WEAPONS) . But the tomes would still work with the upcoming traits adding fire to the normal attacks.
They do need a bit of either dmg or utility revision if u want to see it more mainstream zerg seige wepon or as a pvp skill. Mainly you should still allow healing and utility skills to be used.
