How anyone can listen to Evon’s ambient dialogue in Vigil Keep after Scarlett attacked Lion’s Arch, and still think Evon is a nice guy is beyond me. The guy is terribly greedy, only thinks about himself, and has no regard for his fellow citizens.
True, Ark, but 99% of the reports on this forum about this issue involve someone buying 2 of the “red ring of death.”
I’ve never once thought about equipping two of the same ring, but I guess its because I dont have the berzerker mentality.
It still amazes me that people didnt know this. :P
I always found it hilarious to find Trading Post Express NPC’s 10 feet away from the regular Trading Post NPC. How lazy are people? LOL
No you cannot guest back, it still wont work.
And yes its on the list of things that will be changed.
I have no idea why there are not alliances like in GW1. I’ve been waiting for guild alliances, alliance chat, and guild halls since the game was released 2 years ago.
Burning doesnt stack in intensity like other conditions. It only stacks in duration.
And yes it only applies burning once per second, rounding down. 2.99 seconds is the same as 2 seconds.
Its the same type of mechanics as longbows and shortbows that never run out of arrows.
There’s a guild missions forum. Its at the bottom so its easy to miss.
Legion of Honour does ours on Friday nights at 8:30pm pacific time, and 11:30am pacific time Sunday. Good luck with getting your comms.

Primordus WAS going to awake, but when the players defeated his Champion, the Great Destroyer, he was put back to slumber for another 40 years.
I figured we wouldnt get the chest until after the season 2 tournament ends today.
I agree. I have zero interest in trying the gambits or the queen’s gauntlet. Yet I have more than 2 stacks of these gauntlet tickets that I will never use.
Go back into those zones and see if the chests pop up for you again. You’re supposed to collect each chest before you leave the zone. Otherwise it bugs out as you saw and can cause you to not get 100% map completion rewards.
This is still bugged. The critical damage was changed to ferocity, but the stats are still not correct for a level 80 item.
I’ve also been playing since the beginning, and have had no precursor drop.
And now seeing the post of the guy with every Legendary, I dunno whether to cry or laugh.

Put my hammer against their heads is correct, but took a swing and now THEY’RE dead is what I meant.
There’s also this version but I don’t know where it’s coming from.
Thats the lady from the boar walk, or Lexy Price. Both from Queensdale.

Thanks for info, that is really helpfull.
On the note, I have to save up higher tier mats for upgrading rest of my professions to 500, despite this is very good profit, so I’ll have to go for lower tiers. My bank is full of T1-3 mats of all kinds which I haven’t any use for anyway, but if I go for profit through volume I’ll run out of those pretty fast, so I basically looking for buying off TP mats – selling crafted stuff profit.
Anyway, thanks again, I’ll look into it.
If anyone have something to add, feel free.
You can use the mystic forge and some dust to promote those materials to a higher tier, if you cant use them.

Nobody wants to be a dungeon leader or party leader, but contrast that with the number of new guilds and people wanting to be guild leaders.
We make 4-person parties for our guild missions. Then its really simple for one person to join party, taxi everyone over, then leave party and go to the next one.
Legion of Honour on Tarnished Coast does them on Sunday mornings at 11:30 am server time. Meet us at Durmond Priory waypoint in Lornar’s Pass.

My main is an asura necromancer as well. Necros have always been my favorite class. I mained a necro in GW1 as well. And Asura’s just struck me as a fun race.
In my opinion, 4 level 80 items should always return a level 80 item.
If any of the 4 items is not level 80, then you could get back something less than 80.
Hoowee. Let me tell you a story when Lilith was first leveling guardian.
Dear little Squaark was the cutest guardian around. She has pink hair, pink armor, and a stunning immobulus. She wondered, “What off handed weapon should I use with this beautiful scepter?”
So she went on, trying her possible combinations.
So she found shield, utterly useless while leveling. She was killing mobs so quickly, who needs more protection?
Then, a focus found her. “Again, who needs this? I’m only using auto attack anyway, the animations are boring, what else is there?”
And then Mr. Ollivander brought her a torch. This torch was light weight, pretty, and gave the little Squaark fire breath, the cutest animation. And so she took it. From then on, she always had grilled Moa wings for breakfast.
I love my scepter/torch guardian, plus the +10% damage while burning trait, and virtue of justice recharges on kill. Burn all the things!!
But my other guardian was almost kicked from TA dungeon because she DIDNT have a staff. I run GS/Hammer on her, but now I have a staff for backup and ranged fighting. Or when I’m helping friends level up, so I dont kill everything before they do.
Remorseless build with vulnerability runes.
cant for temple gear and dungeon gear Clarkcd
Or any gear that wasn’t from a drop. Not being able to salvage everything is one of my biggest issues with this game. Kills me a bit inside when i am forced to just throw away old karma gear because i can’t sell or salvage it when i out leveled it, specially the first few days the game was out when i was leveling my first guy when i had to grind a bit to get the karma needed to get each piece of the set.
One thing you can do is throw 4 old items of the same rarity in the mystic forge. I usually get back something I can then salvage or sell.
And I also agree we should be able to transmute runes & sigils from the wardrobe like we used to be able to with transmute stones and crystals.

I would love to see something added to LFG where it only asks the people in my friends list.
A game message would pop up in their chat window:
“Malganis is Looking for Group in Crucible of Eternity”
And then they can whisper me if they want to join.
I already get game messages that tell me a friend is looking for group, but it never says for what.
Attunement swap works for sigil of battle and sigil of hydromancy, but I guess it doesnt work for runes such as rune of the warrior.
I agree. I dont have an issue with grandmaster traits requiring some heroic deed to get access to, but adept traits should have easy access to them. Nothing over level 40 required.
Can one of you link a P/P build for me? I have an 80 thief that I was trying to use for P/P but I just couldn’t find anything that worked all that well. I always loved the idea but like so many, I got sucked into the D/D + SB concept to the point I quick playing the character all together.
Please see this thread:
Yes, that’s normal:

Utility Elixirs give two stacks, toolbelt elixirs give one stack.
It is posted on the english forums, on this thread I linked above:
Legion of Honour does Guild Missions on Friday nights at 8:30pm server time. Is that close enough for you?
See the link in my sig.
Its being investigated.
I usually P/P to start a fight (in PvE), a few #2’s for the vuln, a few #3’s, then F1 to get in close and switch to D/D to finish them off.
For big bosses, I just run around in P/P avoiding damage, using #2 for the vuln, and #4 to remove Defiant.
I completely agree. With the new wardrobe system, there is no way to keep the runes from your previous armor when you upgrade to a new armor piece.
With the transmute stones, you had the choice of which skin, stats, AND rune to keep on the new armor. Its ridiculous to have to rebuy all your runes, use a BLSK, or use an upgrade extractor each time you change armor.
I was going to ask this question too, so I’ll just comment here.
I’m leveling a new character, and when I get a drop that is better than my current item, I have no way with the new equipment system to keep my old item’s runes or sigils. With the previous transmutation stone, I can pick either look, the new item’s stats, and the old item’s rune or sigil. Now I cannot do that. And I’m not spending a BL Salvage Kit on a <70 level item. So what are we supposed to do to keep our existing sigils and runes?
Talk to a “Black Lion Trader [Armorsmith]” and pick the options to convert. The NPC can be found in any of the cities next to the trading post NPCs.
Talk to the Armor NPC:

I’m depressed. I loved my burning/chilling build with Runes of the Elementalist boosting the duration of Dhummfire, along with Axe/Focus for chilling. Now I have to change both my build and my runes.
I only counted in my head 2 pet skills, but neither one gets reduced when pressing F2. So if you say its just a tool-tip error, then I’ll recount with a stop watch and see if the F2 skills are actually getting reduced when traited.
My guess would be because WS already has Empathic Bond for condition removal. They didn’t want two GM condition removal traits in the same line. I probably would’ve swapped them (moved Empathic Bond to NM, put Survival of the Fittest in WS) for the reason you cite. But meh, it works either way.
The only major difference I see it making (other than affecting which builds can get which trait) is the 20% reduced recharge on survival skills. That’s an adept-level WS trait, so the only way you can combo it with clearing 2 conditions on survival skill use is with GM NM + adept WS.
I came here to post this exact same thing.
**Wilderness Survival
Poison Master: When swapping pets, your pet’s first attack will inflict poison. Poison you apply deals 50% extra damage.
**Nature Magic
Survival of the Fittest: Remove two conditions and gain fury when using a survival skill.
These two skills should be swapped. Survival skills are traited under WS, not NM. Having to put 6 points in NM will break my build, but I can easily go 6 into WS, as I’m already 4 in there for Survival skills and off-hand training.
This Path is elite content compared to the rest of the game. The first few times i went thru it, my party wiped a lot as well. Then the next few times, we got the hang of it, died less, and was able to run thru the dungeon fairly easily. It just takes time and practice. Having someone who knows what they’re doing as guide helps a lot too.
I still have trouble with the Arah dungeon, and I can handle everything including Fractals 29 pretty easily. So its just a matter of learning your class and getting a good group.
I will support any petition that changes the silk required for a bolt of damask from 100 down to 50 like the other materials.
