why cant we infuse rings now ? ><

Wont let me put my new rings into the forge to infuse them.
Anyone else having this problem?

Yes you can.
They drop from frac levels 1-9
execpt the rare occasion where ive seen them drop from lv 40+ from aquatic and maw…..but thats a whole nother story

yeah forgot to mention you can downgrade shards to get globs and globs to get mists also

1 shard = 3 globs
1 glob = 3 mists

1 Shard of Crystallized Mists Essence Shard
25 Master’s Salvage Kit
1 Mystic Coin
1 Fractal Relic = 3 globs

1 Glob of Coagulated Mists Essence
1 Mystic Coin
25 Master’s Salvage Kit
1 Fractal Relic = 3 vials

I just dont understand why ANet would allow lv 1 fractal players to be able to group with lv 30+ players.

All this is going to cause is more eliteism.

Its come down to the point now that if i create a group I must ask everyone to link thier AR gear, which i hate doing… but unfortunatley is needed.

Last night I made a group for fotm 38 and asked everyone to please link thier AR gear…. 2 promptly left the group… probably did not have any AR gear. One of the other 2 asked why is it soo important? its only lv 38.

The lack of AR really isnt the main issue, skilled players can dodge and avoid most agony except for maw… its that I dont want players in my group that have no experience in fractals at high levels.

It would make things soo much easier if you changed the system so that players can only join a group if they are in the same tier as the rest of the group.

lv 1 can join
1-9
lv 10 can join
10-19

and so on….. this seems pretty obvious to me that this is what of should of happened with the patch.

I think ANET might have missed the boat a bit with their dicision

i like both honestly.
maybe if one is better than the other for solo play that might sway my decision, but in all honestly… i like to pick my toons depending on what the community needs most

better yet… is there a class people are looking for that are always in shortage?
I like playing toons that people dont play alot but are needed

Hi everyone
Im a well seasoned mmorpg enthusiastic and id thought id give GW2 a shot.
I enjoy playing healer classes and crafting.

I was wondering if some people could give me advice on which class to play
along with some general advice for a noob.

I really haven’t done much research into the game and i’m trying to do so right now while I download it.

If anyone has any good links to breaking the game down for a noob with a healing class and crafting that would be awesome. Or any good advice would be more than welcome.
