Edited to add. I did 10 Custom fights before trying solo in the hopes to get a more fair match up. I read the start out post.

Yes I’m new. But I actually am wining a few fights one on one. I try to get locations as much as possible and fight on the objectives as much as possible. Even when I get several points I can lag others by 100 plus points sometimes but I often am not the poorest on my side. Have even got the most points captured mention. I often find my self fighting two or three opponents even though our side has less or no points controlled. If that many are going for me then we should be doing better somewhere else especially when it three coming to my point.

Very few of these loses have been anywhere close normally other side wins by hundreds.

Am a WOW veteran of battlegrounds that are for the most part point grabs like these. And did quite well at them before I quit a over PVE issues.

I saw mention of way to game custom system so that one side always wins already. It seams very few players are doing solo as there is a long delay Is it possible that say several players sign up for solo say 6 to 8 and what ever side gets more of them throws the battle to the other side?

Random team match up should have a somewhat closer result as even if I am a bit of drag? Reminder I am winning some one on ones say one out of 4 at least. So with random match up I should get on the great player side a few more times and more results should be close?

I will try to note everyone I play with and a few I play against to get a pattern.

Ideas? I probably would not have mentioned the cheat idea but I saw a complaint about a cheat system in custom arena.

Work around seams to work.

Sarah’s post would indicate to me they are doing the business thing to do and working the weekend.
Business because as far as game usability especially in that the Black Lion is how they make money and in this type of area where the game is not working like it is supported to work especially in a key area you make the customer happy directly.

Now with content that drifts into the entertainment industry and giving the audience what it wants in example making things easier can often backfire. Blizards changes in WOW game from a slow leveling, heavy detail, bag filling things like ammo using game to a fast leveling way less what was thought of annoying content by some cost them huge numbers of players. Probably because things like paying for repairs make the players feel like they are in a fantasy story even if they complain about it. But that is a subject for another thread.

Highly disappointed if they don’t have the mac team working over the weekend to fix this. This is the type of major problem any company that runs 24-7 must pay the overtime and have employees that know something this important to customers requires employee and management to work long shifts and weekends.
