I’ve tried to let chrome to open popups but i can’t still see the page of transaction… other ideas? Do u know some kind of blocks for popups that maybe I haven’t removed?

Do u think that if I let that google chrome open the popup maybe the game will open my broswer on the page where I can pay with paysafe?

How can be possible that noone knows anything?I’ve post a screen of that…I can’t believe that noone has seen nothing.

Hi all,

I have problems to buy gems with paysafecard.
When you’ve written First Name, Last Name, City ecc… Then you’ve to click on "proceed to paysafecard " and the game says that it will open your broswr on paysafecard’s website but for me doesn’t happen anything.
And it goes to the end of purcharse and it says that you’ve finished and if you don’t receive the gems that you have to contact the support of gw2.
Can someone explain me how to do?Have I the wrong broswer(Google Chrome)?
I’ve also checked if in Italy we can use paysafecard and Gw2 website tells that italians can use it so where’s the problem?
