I had the same problem you have. Re-entering the Chantry of Secrets triggered the reward + star for me.

I have to agree with most people here that changing the order of the skills at this stage of the game is a very bad decision. I dont mind the changes to the skills as much but please leave them in the same order. Greatsword Guardians are most of the time using auto-attack – whirling wrath – symbol – auto attack – whirling wrath – symbol anyway. Taking the Symbol out of that by giving it an hour recharge does not really improve the situation. It might have been better to change the boon the symbol gives instead of messing up skill bar.

I think I will be sticking to other weapons until the greatsword gets fixed.

I have this exact same problem. I tried to enter the EB jumping puzzle on 05 october and I ended up in an eternal loading screen. I just tried it again today and it once again gave me an eternal loading screen. The portals I used are the Overlook and Valley keep portals.

I am on the Tarnished Coast server and gave up waiting after like 10 minutes.
