Did a 3 man arah p3. we had a war and guard. Everything went great till lupi…
I was insisting not pushing him to the wall, the guard ofc was not happy about this. the war was ranging and lupi was just all over the show. I was lolling the war in chat. to make a long story short, the guard was nagging about1 shotting constantly and in my frustration I left. it was my fault since I did not mention it in the lfg but why do a pug 3 man if u want it to be easy. i am so sick of this 1shotting kitten. I also really like the new lupi, good job anet, plz don’t fix.

They fixed interrupting with paralyzation sigil so im not able to stop pugs from one shotting him anymore :C

Joined an lfg – Mursaat path. the 2 guys were very friendly and even after I said its my 1st time and put all my signets on (ele) they said they will duo till lupi. (Other 2 were noobs.)

We started by killing everything. After the 1st boss I had to go so I said sorry and left.

I am not sure but about an hour or 2 later I logged on again and saw an lfg at lupi.

SO I joined a pug lfg zerk,p1 + 2 thief. I was ele. lol.
SO I get asked if I cant read. kitten that no 1 ever reads my kitten.
SO I say cant u skip…. noob
AND I got kicked lol…. most fun I had in awhile with gw2

If we could only accept or reject the player to the party, this would not happen

I think this tournament was a success.
Regarding the issue with DnT’s run, they clearly stopped dpsing which cost them a few seconds but in the end it was clear they had a better run.
Would have really liked to see coldsnap and rT.
But in the end NoFB took the trophy and proved they are the best guild

Ok, so I am looking for a few dungeons to solo as warrior.
I have soloed
Arah p1+3gold and p2
AC p3

Are there any other dungeon paths that I can solo as warrior?
Can you please list them from easy to hard

So just to update.
I was able to solo it last night and the NPC did not disappear even though he died a few times to the gravelings.
Maybe they fixed it?

Well I did die on the 3rd burrow, he probably died there

Nice solo, you actually inspired me to try it.
When I got to the final boss the npc that makes the shield was just gone. I tried to WP back to start but I couldn’t get him back. Is there a trick to get him back?

So once you fix the instant kill in phase 2, you could look at phase 3. People stack under lupi against the wall to prevent him from using his aoe in phase 3. You could just do something similar to the spider queen in AC. This will make lupi a bit more challenging again.

Earlier today I was running Arah p3, and it was a decent run with minimal deaths until we got to lupi. Well, we didnt die there, but instead my party exploited in some way to make him die almost instantly. Completely in the dark bout this and just thinking we had HUGE dps I continued until another party member said that doing tht was risky and people could get banned. When I asked why he said we exploited, so I left the party without doing anything else in the dungeon and didn’t collect any rewards.

Did I do the right thing in that situation? If not please tell me what to do because I want to have no part in any exploited dungeon runs.

Just run ele and pop Swirling Winds in phase 2, though you might get kicked

ice bow works too. Normally ppl would just save fgs for boss

Could also be used to burn at arah p1 tarr boss

I saw on the lfg yesterday a war that asked for a guard to do this and he was offering 2g.
I reported it because I don’t support this but if anet is not willing to reply then I guess it is allowed.

-Why you want to join KING – I like effiecent runs
-Where you heard about KING – Saw some of ur FOTM vids
-Your fractal level, agony resistance and experience – 49, 55 on war + guard, i melee everything but still need some practice on dreage bosses.
-Your build/gear choices – meta, zerk
-Your class you wish to trial on and others you can play – war but guard is fine
-Anything else you wish to add – ex coldsnap member (US lag to much) and SC are ignoring me

What class are you using?
Once lupi goes up into the air you should get out of the red circle. The trick is to get back into melee as fast as possible. For a War you can just trait for +25% movement speed, guard can just use sword 2 or GS 3 and so on.
Once you get back in to melee range the trick is to not move.
Dodge the leech move + aoe and then stand still b4 he finished his animation.

Like the others said, keep practicing

If you buy the gear with ingame gold you deserve it because you play a lot and if you buy it with gems Anet deserves it for making a great game.

Regarding the pay to win issue – having a legendary doesnt make you a winner.
I saw this guy once with like 3 Legendaries infront of arah, so i asked him if he soloed lupi yet and he didnt!
