hopefully it gets resolved there should be a way to confirm this since there was no need to put in support tickets
I sent in a ticket Thursday about this but no response yet. I read that the refunds have been processed though still have not received a refund. I had 5 pins before the update so 200g would be refunded, just seeing if the refunds were still going out or some delayed. thanks
