Immortals of the Mists [IoM] is looking for new people to join us in WvW. We’re a hardcore zerg-busting WvW-centered guild that has a way of making other groups turn around and run. We’re not fans of keep and tower turtling and hiding behind zergs – we get straight into the action and always hit everything head on. We also have commanders on at all times of the day as we cater to both NA and Oceanic. Want to roam? Not a problem, we encourage as much WvW play as possible (you might even say that it’s what we specialize in). So let’s get down to the specifics!

What are we looking for?

Dedicated players with a passion for WvW – We do daily WvW runs and we love taking on zergs, no matter the size.
100% repping – IoM is a tight-knit group of people. We rely on and trust each other and we want to know that you’ll be with us as well. Your participation counts and that includes repping!
At least one level 80 character – No one likes being the uplevel to get stomped on. Don’t let yourself be rally bait!
Communication is an absolute must – IoM functions with TS3, it makes everything much easier and smoother. Even if you don’t have a mic, we still need to know that you’re in there hearing what we’re saying and doing.
Reset night required – Reset night is always fun. We’re not just connected as a guild, we’re connected with all of ET to push out and play hard. Our guild is a serious force and it’s because of all of our players that we’re able to be that strong!
Bonus! Are you Oceanic and looking for a good night krewe to roll with? Then look no further! Our night krewe goes hard at night to ensure that we keep the fights going even when our NA players are done for the day.

How are BP , YB And EB’s Ques on reset night and through out the week?

IoM was in Blackgate and they moved to ET thats when i joined them a few months ago. We rally up usually around 7-8 CST. It wont be til after leagues are after and til we see who from the guild are transferring over with us where ever we land.

i would personally like a server that has a decent oceanic crew to keep the fights close and not waking up to us being blown out of the water. Second hand IoM loves to zerg bust so theres gotta be good fights =D

Dont forget to hit us up in game. Im usually on around 6-7pm EST til about midnight on weekdays

Sorry for all those guilds I didn’t mention. As a former LORD I know they have organized groups (but are a PVX guild, not full time WvW) this is why I stated StaR as an example. All the other guilds out there (CoSA, ICE, LH, ect) bring some great things to this server, and we are who we are because of the great guilds we do have here in SF. There is nothing we can do about our numbers, so the complaints about them aren’t going to change anything.

However, what could change for ET and other servers is working together. I see A LOT of ET out there running solo, not very organized. You see a group coming to push through you in battle, you scatter. You hide behind your siege and you don’t stick together as one unit. This is a big problem with ANY server. Your commander runs one way, you all run the other? How do you expect to gain any ground (with little numbers or less numbers) if even from the outside it’s noticed that you can’t seem to work together as a unified team?

But what happened to a group of 20 ET holding ur 50+ in front of ET Keep in EB last night with us using 0 siege and you guys throwing it when ever you can? How do you explain your disorganization? Just saying.
