Agreed.
I was surprised that they mentioned nothing of new dungeons or anything dungeon related on their big announcement page.
That’s usually the first thing I see on an expansion page.

I’ve searched the forums for anything related to this NPC but found nothing, to my surprise.
Could you please either alter this NPC’s dialogue, relocate him so he’s not next to a spawn point/merchant or just plain delete it?
It is an incredibly annoying NPC.

Obviously I am not as good at the build I enjoy the most as I want to give myself credit for. This encounter has taught me that.

Over 60+ tries on my current/standard Thief and Guardian builds ending in failure, over 10+ attempts ending with Liadri at 5% HP or less. No cigar.
Two tries with my old Thief build, cuban sandwich!

Let me be the first to say it: This is not the most well thought out encounter by Arenanet. So many bugs, problems, issues with camera, projectile problems and so on and so forth.
But also the most frustrating kind of fun I’ve had in a while.
Kudos, keep difficult challenges coming!
