I just realized I didn’t actually say this in my post: I’ve gathered a list of accounts affected by this bug and reversed the account terminations. Everyone in this group should be good to go.

To all the players experiencing this just submit a ticket to customer suport. im pretty sure that they are trying to resolve the issue.

its a sad day i was supposed to play with my fiancee were separated shes in abudhabi playing GW2 and this is the only time we actually play at the same time.

Your not alone i was also banned. . . i never botted and even reported botters and all my reports were justified. . . i never bought gold or click any scamming sites. . . such a sad sad day i love this game
