Necromancer Minion Issues.

I wouldn’t say too much trouble, but I am finding them to be frustrating. As you said, the Flesh Golem has it’s own agro and just follows you around rather than your other minions. It’s still nice for the knockdown charge, but that can get stuck on the scenery too often.

The other minions are much more responsive, most of the time they seem to target enemies as soon as I tell my necro to attack. However, they need to add the Flesh Golem’s out of combat regeneration to the rest of them.

And then there’s the Jagged Horrors. A minor trait I can barely avoid taking if I want staff or minion traits that does absolutely nothing. It can only spawn once every 30 seconds and dies 5 seconds later (apparently before all it’s health is gone if the continued health ticks are any indication). I don’t want regen on these guys, it makes perfect sense that they don’t get it, but I would like them to not lose health without outside help.

And finally they need to revert the Blood fiend. Having it go on cooldown when it dies on it’s own is just silly. How are we supposed to make any use of it when it runs into combat and gets itself killed before we need the heal?

Honestly, I love the ax/horn combo. The vulnerability on the ax’s auto-attack helps with my minion or ally’s damage and the AoE cripple is nice for chasing down or kiting enemies, while the horn’s daze attack is invaluable in fights where you need an interrupt, which you will definitely want someone to have at higher levels. The speed boost is nice just for running around since you’ll be doing a lot of that unless you spend a lot of money on teleports.

Skills tend to vary on what I’m doing. PvE I just run around with a Locust Signet and a bunch of minions. Dungeons I like to have a Well of Darkness, Spectral Grasp (another interrupt), and Spectral Wall (protection for the whole team and half the cooldown of Spectral armor which only helps yourself).

Traits wise… not found anything too impressive. Reaper’s Might is nice to power up via Death Shroud early in a fight or whenever you have the life force. Be wary of Blood Magic, it sounds impressive with all it’s heals and siphons, but I haven’t noticed a whole lot of benefit from it, especially the siphons.

Transmutation Stones

So a question about lvl 80 gear and Transumation stones. If I want to take the appearance of a piece of lvl 80 gear and put it on something lower do I need a Fine Transmutation Stone? Also, if I’ve already done that, do I need a Fine to keep moving that around on sub-80 gear?

My group ran into a rather annoying bug with Caudecus’s Manor where after defeating the golem we were unable to progress at all. The Manor opened up, the game didn’t tell us what was next and we were unable to do anything that would move the story forward.

We were also unable to reset the dungeon. If you started an instance you were forced back into the same instance. If you joined a party already in a new instance, you still ended up in your old instance. Meaning if you abandoned an old instance you then couldn’t join your friends for a new attempt and if two people had old instances they couldn’t help each other complete them.

Similarly, we were unable to access story mode if someone in the group had already completed story mode. Though in that case he was able to join us eventually (after leaving the group, starting story mode, and joining us.)

Help Scholar Olenn transformation

This transformation feels very rough. Huge delays when doing abilities, frequently cancling, and I even got locked in place just wailing on one grawl (maybe something with setting the first ability to auto-attack?).
