Those are my ticket numbers since I have deleted my items…Since my last thread was locked so I could not post a reply to you Gaile Gray, which is no biggie those were my ticket numbers and I still havent recieved my items…I dont know if still under review or havent gotten to me yet. Just checkin still havent been resent my DDE items though. Mucho Love.

I still havent recieved items….putting in a ticket everyday until they do their job. thank you ^^

Doesnt matter i will continue to annoy them until i get what i paid for…

I will make a third ticket…infact I will make a ticket everyday until I recieve what I paid for.

I have sent 2 tickets…as my Original Post stated…still nothing and that was during head start and last week…no response and no mail.

So basically i just threw away the money i spent on DDE….they should give me my money back or allow free upgrades to DDE (in gem store) for people who already own DDE….like comeon…the way i see it is i need my money back or my items back….this is rediculous…

When I first started GW2 I recieved my DDE items on a character, problem is I deleted that character thinking the items would be sent to every character I made in the mail (Which they should have been…). Now i am needing my DDE items back and i have also done the same thing with my Mini pet pack that i purchased. If you check my account you will see that my pets were not sold and they were not sent but they have been deleted. I have lost my DDE items and a mini pet pack check my account and please mail them to me ingame. I have spent a lot of money on this game and would like what I have paid for ty. ^^ Also I have put in 2 tickets dating back as far as the headstart for these items. No real response and still no in game mail. Thank you again.
