Shatter mesmers can also kill bunkers if they time out their shatters correctly (there is a trait talent that removes enemy boons on shatter).

Other things to notice:
be careful about trying to burst a necro while in their death shroud. They could be specced into retaliation and you could kill yourself if not carefull.

necros alien doo doo looking summon is squishy and should be killed early if given the chance. (same could be said about ranger pets)

if it is a shatter mesmer, beware of the clones. if they randomly start trucking it at you, evade, you are about to get shattered. stay close to mesmers with greatswords and kill every clone and phantasm as soon as it comes out. if the mesmer does an animation of lifting their sword to the sky they are either healing or summoning the blade spinning phantasm.

never get stuck, stunned or sit still against a warrior. Quickness + hundred blades… nuff said

if a thief goes invisible, dont just stand there doing nothing. put an aoe on around yourself, auto attack the air, do whatever your class lets you. cant tell you how many i have downed this way

I would like to bring up a couple of bugs that have been happening to me and my friends pretty often. The first most glaring one is the infinite loading screen error which probably has its own forum post already. This needs to get fixed. The initial fix was great but ever since lost shores arrived the bug has been back and frequent. Another issue all my friends and I are having is the weapon swap on our characters locking up. I have found no direct cause of this to help Anet w/ solving this issue but I can tell you nothing discourages and frustrates me any more than this bug. This also probably has its own forum post but I must express my concerns. Tonight is the first night I literally signed off because I couldn’t deal with the frustration of the continuous bugs. These fixes need to be high priority and fixed quickly because you are going to lose players due to this. I don’t think the team that worked so hard to put together such a great game wants to lose player base due to the game not executing properly.

I’m in love with PvP in this game. The only changes that need to happen in my opinion are as follows.

Obviously some tweaking on the front end burst and heartseeker spam of theifs.

Some small tweaks to make un-killable builds unable to be possible. (Specifically Ele’s and Gardians)

Options expanded for some professions that seem a bit boxed in by mechanics (Warriors, Mesmers, Engineers)

tldr; I am a Mesmer and I would love to take advantage of a condition build using some utilities and stats that most Mesmers have agreed are largely ineffective. I am sure Warriors feel a little trapped by the need to be that “Stun-Burst-Kill” class. And Engineers seem like they are a bit forced to be an Area controller and a bomber or grenadier. These are just things that I have observed and would like to see addressed. By no means do I feel like any of the professions mentioned are broken, but this game has given me a taste of a PvP experience without cookie-cutter builds…… and dang it, i want more

Once again I feel my point is missed. I am simply bringing to light that during these PC times censorship has gone to far. Yes “hoe” is a derogatory term and no one should support it. But looking at my name and how it was used in context, one could surmise that no derogatory nature was intended and that most anyone who sees my name could immediately recognize this. Censorship is meant to protect people from ignorance and hate speech and that I support. I have a suspended account and yes that sucks. Is it technically an enforceable and legitimate suspension? Probably. Is it a suspension that punishes someone who in no way tried to offend or promote hate speech? I think so. I am frustrated. Give a man a break, you would be upset too.

First off, let me clear some stuff up. I did not create this post as a ploy to expedite my ticket process. Second off, I have reviewed the naming policy, found here (https://www.guildwars2.com/en/legal/guild-wars-2-naming-policy/), and I don’t believe my name is pornographic, makes a reference to a sexual act, or references an illegal activity. My name is a joke from the movie Stepbrothers and to my knowledge has not ever been taken in any other light. Ask yourself when you read my name if it brings up images of prostitutes and vulgar things, or if reading my name seems intentionally funny and harmless with no vulgarity in it at all. I think this is a case of over sensitive censorship and I created this post to vent my frustrations because I can’t play the game I love due to something this silly.

Two nights ago, I tried to log in and was unable to because my account had been suspended. I have tried to contact Anet to appeal this suspension but I have gotten no reply and I’m going on 3 days of, in my eyes, unjust suspension. My guess is that my account has been suspended due to my character name “Boatz N Hoez”. I have reviewed the the naming policy and I don’t understand my infraction. My name is a reference to a joke from a PG-13 movie and is in no way a reference to a sexual act or illegal activity. I have been prompted to change my name and did not, which I’m sure brought on the suspension. I am an active participant in WvW and often get recognized and invited to parties on my name alone. All my online friends know me by this character name. Changing it would result in a negative impact on my game play experience. I am willing to change my name to get my account back, but I must express my disdain for this issue. I am an honest gamer who has never broken the terms of service in any game I have played.
