in 40v40 zerg fights i get around 30 fps

I Play on native everything to low.
Do i have to clean my dust from the cooler?
if yes how?

I have a laptop with these specs
intel core i5 2.5ghz dualcore
4 gb ram 1066 mhz dual channel
Intel Hd graphics 3000

When Exploring i normally have 40-50 fps but it suddenly drops sometimes to 10 fps.

But when i’m in WvW in 40v40 Zerg fights i still have around 30 fps
Is there a solution for the fps drops when exploring
