Was playing in WvW then the game crashed.
I can log back into the game but it would say ‘connection error’ on loading screeen.
The game crashed while playing WvW; and now the game won’t connect.
I have submitted the ticket already so hopefully anet will fix it soon.
Currently, you can pick 3 trait lines; and in each trait line, you are given with 3 minor traits and 3 major traits. 3 minor traits are fixed and 3 major traits are changeable from group of 3 choices.
I believe the current trait system is severely limiting the number of builds people can make; thus, making the game less fun.
Therefore, I hope Anet can change the trait system to be more open and free. Give players freedom to choose traits and make all sorts of different builds.
I believe there are many approaches to making traits system more open and free:
1. 3 tiers of minor and major traits approach. You can pick 3 minor and 3 major traits in each 3 tiers. Each tier will have 6 minor and 18 major traits to choose from.
2. 6 squares + 1 trait line approach. You can pick 6 square will include 1 fixed minor traits and 1-changeable major trait from current group of 3. You can pick 6 squares from the group of 15 squares if elite specialization was chosen for the trait line (12 squares if a basic specialization was chosen for the trait line). Elite specialization can only be chosen through the trait line.
In my opinion, first approach will give lot more freedom to the players regarding to which builds they can make; but it may confuse new players. Second approach addresses the possible confusion new players might face; but the number of builds players can make is lot less than first approach.
I recommend that Anet takes the first approach. Let players make choices in their builds. Even though it might confuse new players at the beginning, it will do lot more good in the end. It will make the game a lot more fun in all modes.
Thank you.

Hey, Bacon!
I am from Anvil Rock also! I am in 3 AR guilds at the moment: [ALS],[METL], and [AR].
[ALS] and [METL] are fully upgraded casual PvX guilds. [AR] is level 22 casual WvW guild.
If you are into PvE, [CRFT] is also good choice. It is fully upgraded AR based PvX guild with heavy focus on PvE. I can talk to my friend to send you an invite there if you wish.
All the guilds I mentioned above are very friendly If you have any questions, feel free to ask me in game.

I have to say VII is one of the most organized WvW guilds out there; also, they are very friendly. It was a blast every time I ran with them.

Bump for Anvil Rock!
Hello!
This is Frozen. You may have seen me command for Anvil Rock under name of ‘Frozen Chaos’ or ‘Frozen War’ from time to time.
As you know, Anvil Rock is in a tough situation. Most of WvW guilds have left AR and we are at last place in WvW ranking. But we still continue to fight. We still continue to resist. Thus, we have formed Anvil Resistance [AR].
We are a casual WvW guild with free rep policy.
If you are Anvil Rock WvW player and want to fight with us, I encourage you to join us. We created this guild as a rally point for all Anvil Rock WvW players.
Little something about us:
-200+ members and growing
-Fully upgraded Gilded Hollow Guild Hall
-WvW focused guild missions
-Objective guild rank system
-Casual WvW guild raids
-Discord
-We will support you and guide you if you need any assistance.
Join us, Anvil Rockers; and let’s rise above together!

I just want to offer my opinion regarding YB.
I am one of Anvil Rock WvW commanders who tagged up casually during our linking with YB. From my experience, YB was very supportive while I commanded. There were few trolls and some people were bit impatient; but I think all servers have people like that.
This happened to me twice last night. 1 disconnect was when I was playing ranked pvp match and was winning.
you have to have WvW provision mastery first. I believe it’s Provision Master IV.
Hey, Dub.
I am in 2 AR-based guilds. One is CRFT (400+ members) which is PvX guild with PvE focus. The other is METL (200+ members) which is PvX guild with WvW focus. Both guilds are friendly and will answer any question you might have about GW2.
If you are mainly interested in PvE and looking to do raids, I would recommend CRFT. CRFT has experienced raiding people who have succeeded in raids many times. If you are into WvW, I would recommend METL. METL has many experienced and active WvW players.
Having said that, you are welcome to join both guilds.
PM me in game if you are interested.

Hey. I’m in two AR-based guilds. One is CRFT which is PvX guild with PvE focus. The other is METL which is PvX guild with WvW focus. Both are casual guilds and have members who are willing to teach if they are not too busy. CRFT has 467 members and METL has 266 members.
If you are mainly PvE player then I would recommend CRFT.
Pm me if you are interested

Also, presents spawn randomly and I have seen many pre-jumpers jumping into nothing and die.
Pre-jumping is almost definitely referring to the presents after Tixx, and people jumping straight to the square ones instead of waiting for the blue rectangles to spawn. It’s a longer jump and that causes more people to fail it, they would rather everyone waited for the blue presents to spawn to decrease their chance of falling.
Since it’s a pvp instance with everyone on the same team (although they appear as enemies,) whenever someone calls a target, the marker is visible to all.
Actually, people are complaining about jumpers who jump before front square ones spawn, not the blue rectangles.
The moment someone lands on a present, the countdown begins. That is why most people jump at same time when front square ones appear; in order to give all a fair chance at succeeding. Pre-jump is a selfish move.

They have to include Character slots. It shouldn’t take character slots I got from original gw2 or from gem store.
