This line actually made me laugh throughout the ensuing fight!

I’m sure the other races’ stories are great too, but the Asura are just so quirky and fun!

The line that made me laugh was in On Red Alert when the Asura security hologram asks you to please enjoy the soothing music while you are being annihilated. The music killed me.

Agreed, its almost like they had Jhonen Vasquez write part of it, they remind me so much of Irkans at times but cuter. Brilliant writing is just one of the things that makes the asuran storyline worth playing.

I wish they’d fix the storyline stuff so I could play through it with my friends! (seeing as how we currently risk a ruined storyline if we even party for one mission, and if the storyline is broken then we have to wait … not sure how long for a fix. My guardians storyline is still broken long after a support ticket.)

I’m sure they will fix it eventually and we’ll be able to all enjoy the happy madness that is the asuran storyline.

“It’s a ruse, but who’s ruse? We need more clues.”
“Stop that or I’ll give you a bruise. You lose…r.”

Asuran story dialog has made me laugh so hard.

“Who is Balthazar?”
“The human god of blood and butt kicking. "

In the personal storyline “Snaff would be proud” after the big elemental starts running amok, one of the Councillors spectating says something like “Another elemental invasion trying to kill us all? That’s the third year in a row!”

I love the asura.

Agent Batanga: “Free Gorr or we’ll poke you right in the Arcane Eye!” -To the Arcane Eye. I’m pretty sure that I didn’t accurately quote her, but you get the idea.

I joined the Order of Whispers mostly because of the awesome dialogue from Agent Batanga… and did not regret it when faced with Tybalt’s dialogue! Apples anyone?

“Your agony may vary. Your death may be monitored for quality assurance. Thank you. Now please run for your life and never come back.”

“Know what? I hate admitting you are right. So stop talking, and I wont have to.”
