I can’t get over how much these little kitten remind me of some of the real people in my chem labs on campus. Honestly, Arenanet couldn’t hit that know-it-all, smart-alecky attitude of every freakin college Freshman in existence better if it were actually trying for it.
I love Asura. I love to hate them.

Still running my old RRR build because why not
they are neither misunderstood or amoral as Tyrias morality values and what is the most important Asura ones are different than our that were created/forced on us past WWII. They are working for a grand scheme. Ethics, mostly derived from relligions ( of our reality ) are blockades for science, fictional in fact as scientists dont really care, and those who works at goverments “farms” dont even think about regulations. But then, it is not reality but Asura society – they do what they must, because they can ( quote from Portal’s credit song ). I hope that in future expansions we gonna se even more “hardcore” approach from Asura
I absolutely love the fact that while the Asurans certainly are gosh-darned cute, and on the whole a “good” race, there’s also something slightly sinister about them (those little shark-like TEETH; plus, as outlined in the intro for Asuran chars, their race also has a sense of “manifest destiny” that may have to be watched out for).
