Q:
I know early on in development, Anet said something about making every armor that npcs possess available to pcs, I was wondering, outside of quest disguises, is it possible to get the same armor set that the Salvage Specialists around Metrica Province (Shoon’s Heart) have? Here’s a pic of me in it during a storyline quest, but that’s the only way I’ve found to obtain it so far.
