I really want to make an Asuran engineer, but I haven’t seen any other Asuran players that have me think:" WOW! They look awesome! I’m going to roll an Asura now!"

Where-as a ton of human medium armor models have me think WOW! I want my character to look like that!

I think the Asuran story is very interesting and this will be my third human if I make a human. I just want my character to look awesome! For example, the order of Whispers coat looks amazing on human males, so does the T3 human Cultural Jacket,and the thief preview armor (I think it’s the berserker medium armor set)

Inquest – Crucible of Eternity
Dredge – Sorrow’s Embrace
Rogue/Bloodsaw – varied items from green to exotic, have different names, share icons with dark green background

I’m sure it comes down to personal preference, but I’ve found a few good sets on my female Asura thief. The gem shop medium armor looks quite good, at the moment I am wearing mostly prowler’s set and enjoy it a lot.

Personally, I love the Asuran medium cultural armour. It looks fantastic and renders very well on them.

Here’s my armor its a mix of medium armors

I don’t have a screenshot, but the crafted “Rampager” set minus the head piece looked pretty cool on my ENG when I leveled him up. I still like for helm the monicle from the crafted Noble set. I may even craft a Rampager set for a skin as I am not sure I like the current Karma look on him yet or not.

I really like COF, T2 cultural, Krytan skin from gem store, and a few mixed and matched pieces from across the game.

“looking good” really comes down to personal taste ofcourse.
that being said i really love my outlaw/bunny/engineer.
no other heavy or light armor would be able to pull off the Doc Brown look.

Still lowbie but i’m not disappointed.

That’s the armor style I’m aiming for my thief once I have enough gold for the Tier 3 parts

the skins are from the “Rascal’s” set with the starter monocle in place of that set’s mask. the dyes are simply Ebony, Matte for the silver parts of the monocle and bandana on the coat, and another starter dye for the monocle strap. i forget exactly which.

(i have looked at other dye, i must have gotten over 100 of them getting to level 80, but no other looked better in my eyes.)

rifle skins that match the engineer and their skills are the worst to find, imo.
i always keep my eyes open for new rifle skins.

I have the same problem with dyes on my Guardian, found plenty of colours, but I almost always go back to the starter dyes. Some of the high contrast dyes are the exceptions.

As for rifle skin, my Engineer is still using that starter “blunderbus” look until I find something better. I may look into a Spectral Wave Modulator when I get the time.

You can apply the look of a piece of Heavy or Light armor to a piece of Medium while retaining all the medium piece’s stats and usability, using Transmutation stones right? I play Ranger mainly, and like overall the look of most of the medium pieces, but some of the Light and Heavy sets have individual pieces I like the look of better…

I found a combination of armors for an asuran engineer that I really like.
-Head: Noble Mask -Body: Heritage -Shoulders: Emblazoned (T 6 Crafter)
-Hands: Emblazoned -Pants: Heritage – Feet: Emblazoned -Rifle: Pact (endgame)
-Dyes: Frost (rare), Heirloom (uncommon), and Chalkboard (uncommon)

asura excell at every thing they do, this includes “looking cool”

Inquest medium set from COE looks nice on Asura, but tbh the best looking medium armor on Asura has got to be the Tier 3 Cultural.
