Easier to use in jump puzzles
It is much easier for Asura.
If you are still having trouble considering which race to roll as, consider the fact that all races will someday be servants of the Asura.

ROFLZ…….that’s a very good arguement…….yup decided I’m going for a pretty female Asura.
I actually have a harder time on my Asura than my Human and Sylvari (but easier than my Charr and Norn). The problem is that my Asura “accelerates” a lot faster than my other characters, with the result that I sometimes run off the edge of the platform before I realise it’s time to jump. XD It’s purely an optical illusion, of course, but I keep falling for it!
The game feels a lot faster pace if you play zoomed in on an asura
I just started my 3rd toon (sylvari > asura > norn). Going to asura after the sylvari made me feel like the Roadrunner. Going from asura to norn makes me feel like Lurch.

All races will not be servants of Asura! Golems are much more efficient and less clumsy.
Asura’s being easier at Jumping puzzles is a common misconception. They are the same through all the races, they just “feel” easier. Otherwise the unbalance issue would come up. I have rolled at least one of each race and they all have different a “feel”, but the jumping puzzles are not easier or harder.
Ive done both human and Asura in puzzles, to me the Asura was easier.
The jumps are the same and the characters jump the same, what’s different and why it most definitely is easier for Asura is that if you try to do some puzzles on an inferior race, all you see is butt. If not being able to see the jumps doesn’t make it more difficult for you, that’s cool, but most people do have a more difficult time when you have to fight the camera to see anything.

I’ve only played three races. Human, Norn, and Charr. In that order the jump puzzles have been easiest. I see a lot of asurians doing puzzles though. I always thought there was something to that. Charrs were the hardest by far.
Engineers have a distinct advantage when it comes to jump puzzles due to the rifle ability that allows them to jump to a target cursor that you place on the ground. I’ve skipped many sketchy parts of jump puzzles by simply rifle jumping to skip that section. Though that trick does not help much on timed puzzles like the Mad Kings Clock Tower.
