Hey hey guys,just wondering if anyone know about the super buffed dps on that elite ability golem.I ve tested it 1-2 days after the latest balance patch and it was wooow.Saw around 20k dmg per missile barage on tower/keep gates in WvW,so i thought hey,it might work on npc/players.So than i tested it on keep lord,did 65k dmg per barrage,and at last,i tryed it on some unfortunate players.Everything was one shooted during the barrage.So am wondering if its intentional super DPS elite weapon,the kind of which boss npcs got “you dont dodge you die” or just some bugg?Anyone knows anything about it?

In the end,was really funn,warrior rushing to me,and suddenly lieing on ground :-),or thief CnD of me,during the barrage,and than just hear the voice crying for help “someone help me” :-).

It has been fixed yesterday, long before you posted this.
You could just have checked it again.

And since it has been fixed, we will have to assume, that it was not intentional.

its not fixed. just dropped an 80k on some guy in wvw.

Yeah,tryed it today,saw 50k on tower lord,but pooor guy died sooner than the barrage ended.Combat log showed 3.8k per hit.

I think maxztt means the part of golem doing 20k dmg to gate,which now they do just around 4-5k per barrage.Still,funny and OP as anything can be.

Also if it scales of power,with full bloodlust,full dps trait,some might it might go really high :-).

The fix was only on the golem killing gates/doors. It still does excessive damage. That patch will go live on monday. Enjoy it while we can.

I wish they’d keep it. Finally makes a racial elite worth using. I mean I understand if they plan on dropping it from 20k dmg to like 10k, but it should really be doing that much or else no one’s gonna touch it.

all patched now no more 50k crits in dungeons now. put that skill back in the trash pile.
