These primitive greaves bring back memories, I’d rather not recall.
The upper part looksgreat, but the lower part just kills it.
The only crime, turrets committed, is being good against the celestial meta.

for the look, you are after, cheap options would be heavy plate(http://www.gw2armor.com/asura/female/k4/heavy/display_looks.php) or wvw skins, culturals or priory/whispers armor.
Vigil legs would look a bit off with these shoulder pieces.
