I have only one Asuran character at the moment, a male Guardian named Borkoz.

It’s really funny and great name: Borkoz.

So my asura mesmer is Nejjik.

My main asura is called ’ Iingo ’

Hm, Nir sounds kind of like a Sylvari name to me when I say it out loud. I still like the name though.

Funny thing is, I came up with the name Looska a long time ago and it just happened to conform to Asura name conventions by chance.

Very nice. Even uses the double letter convention. “Urzatron”… is your color of choice “Island” blue, or “plains” white?

Right now I have an Asura Mesmer, inspired by Milestone Comics (now incorporated into DC). Lysistrata Jonzz (if apostrophes were an option, it’d be J’onzz).

Although Lysistrata is quite a long name (which I found Asura usually don’t have) the sound of it is still good. I particularly like the J(’)onzz part though, very Asuran!

My Asura engineer is called Stim Packs, after stimpacks from Starcraft, which is a combat drug that makes your units more efficient and reckless. Especially with all the bombs, mines, grenades and flamethrowers at my disposal I found this a suitable name!

I have less creative name for my Asura warrior. He’s called Ylitappo (Overkill in english).

I say about 7 its a very traditional name for a male asura… good use of a tittle

mine is named Voxx the Infinite because he’s infinitely better then you… oh and he is a mesmer and can make copies of himself…

Whenever name changes come out I’m swapping their names though.

The only character i’ve really played since release… my engineer Borrp. Also have a thief named Pifft but only got him to like 30 something.

9/10, because Borrp sounds like a perfect Asura name (with the double consonants and everything), but I also can’t give any name a perfect score :P

My Asura Guardian, of the College of Statics, is Vidd. He’s a force-field and fortification extraordinaire (on him I like to think of many Guardian abilities as being magitech force-fields).

Ah, Vidd…V as in “marVellous”, I as in “Incredible”, double D as in “Double the force fielD”!

I have a Female Elementalist Asura named Fiddlestyx.

Currently my only character is an Asura, and his name is Keggin. Got the name by messing with the name generator, came out with Kegg and decided to add the ‘in’.

Not a typical male name, but I’m Quojo. Just wish I could decide between Ele, eng and necro now!!!

Quojo sounds right to me :p I didn’t really know the Asure name “rules” when I made him at release but went with Blippy Azure for my male Guardian.

Blippy’s a fine asuran name.
Mine’s an engie named Irid.

Irid – 9/10 simple, I like it, I tend to believe Asurans should have short names.

Tezz. Nice name. Short, sweet and to the point just like Asuras.

My Asura Thief is named Ivorailil; I call him Ivor for short. I think my next alt will be another Asura; either warrior or guardian. Because big things in small packages.

Voccah is an interesting name and I will give it a score of 8/10. It seems to follow asuran naming conventions.

My asuran however is also a mesmer. Her born name is no longer remembered. She studied carefully during school the physical effects created by the mind. Her skills at this were so high she renamed herself:

Psycho Somatica

She practices her skills on every enemy she crosses while traveling Tyria. She is researching this on every creature she finds. She continually recites to all she crosses “You’re dumb, you’ll die, and leave a dumb corpse!” She’s right, because that’s what they do when they meet her mesmer skills.

Dr Elias Grimm Esq — I give it a 7. I’m assuming “Elias Grimm” is a first and last name, and Asura don’t normally have last names. Of course if this was intentional, and you wanted an eccentric character, then I give it 9.
Bottom line though, good name, I love the extra title stuff, and it sounds very extravagant

Ozzat, my necromancer. He’s a ferocious little thing who has a relatively low consciousness for other people’s pain and feelings.

Fits the rules, but sounds like an asuran horse. 5/10 sry

My necro is Amaryllia Mistvale. Wanted something atypical for Asura.

It’s cool. Sounds asuran but with a little exotic touch to it! Hmmmm 8/10.

My asura warrior is named Saint Nimrod. Nimrod means rebel in hebrew, and a name on a biblical character. He’s mentioned as a “mighty hunter before God” in the Bible. He’s also known as Gilgamesh for his rebellion against God and freeing his people of slavery of religion. Consider Saint as some kind of title or divine twist to the usage of Rebel

The concept of a genius named Nimrod makes me laugh. Interesting usage and justification of Saint.

My Asura is Puuk The Procacious. Use a dictionary, bookah!

I really wanted to use opprobrious or contumelious, but it reduced the character name to three letters and that seemed awkward.

Puuk the Procacious? Not a bad name. I like it, it has a certain ring to it.

My Asura’s name is Nurse Lexxi. a former “nurse” of Inqyest origin.. till she conked on the head- hard. Now she’s a good guy… sorta.

For some reason, having the title ‘Nurse’ before the name inspires a sense of foreboading in me. So Nurse Lexxi get’s a thumbs up from me

Parekk Tinker, he’s an engineer and likes to tinker around with all sorts of objects. Be they Asuran in origin, or Charr, heck he’d even Tinker around with ancient Orrian artifacts just to see if he can reverse engineer anything from them.

hmm… Voccah sounds good but seems better for a female than a male, so 7/10. Jorreth doesnt really sounds like asuran more like human or something so 5/10.

Psokka: Female mesmer. She is very intelligent, therefore, she thinks she is the best and despise others but she wont show how she feels cause she doesnt want any trouble.

Bee Polymock: Female enginner, she is very cherful and likes to jump around making explosions. The name is `retty bad but sounds so good.

Tell me how to improve the names i dont mind restarting for the 9th time lol
