The sheepskin mantle appears to be Norn specific but does anyone know of something the same or very similar for us Asurans?

I am a Necro and this mantle would be just perfect looks wise.

This picture doesnt do it justice but ingame the mantle looks sick!!

Sadly, cultural armour is not available for other races. However, Tactical shoulders might be what you’re looking for. Also, the trading post has some armour skins that you might like.

Its the Ram head that would fit perfectly on a Necro, will stick with my Nightmare mantle for now and keep looking

Hmm, you could look at the “Shadow Mantle of Hoelbrak”, I believe it’s a bunch of skulls as well.

The Shadow mantle is really just spikes.

For shoulder with skulls (light armor) that any race can wear, try the one you buy with Karma from Grretergrret in the Straits of Devastation. It only costs 476 Karma and is very neat. It’s called Brassclaw Mantle.

You could purchase one of the Halloween shoulder skins, which come with a variety of skull types, from bovine to bird, for all armours. They are pretty cheap too. You can get them direct from the auction house.

Looked at those and they just dont look as good as the Norn cultural one sadly

This. The Deathly, Deathly Avian, and Deathly Bull shoulders (or in the case of light armor, Mantles) are all in a similar style to the Sheepskin Mantle, except they actually look like real skulls. Definately give them a look if thats the sort of thing you want. Just run a TP search for “Deathly” and they’ll all come up, just make sure to grab the Mantle version for light armor. They all look identical, but they apply their skin to different armor classes. Not sure how cheap they are any more, though, last time I looked (which, mind you , was a few weeks back so prices may have changed) some of them were still under 1g while others were upwards of 5g or more.
