but i was wondering if anyone knew this voice actor? I really cant even begin to fathom why every time i hear this line with the way its said my brain wants to EXPLODE with unease. I did a google search of an npc i think i heard say it but nothing came about.

Funny thing, one of the people who says that says “All prices are non-negotiable.” as her next line.

It sounds remarkably like the voice actor in GAC: Ghost in the shell cartoon, the character being togasa, strange how you remember a voice like that or another voice like what you heard, not sure if that helps.

The funny thing is it was a few hours ago i followed him into the mists, going “i’m sure i know that voice”
