please give strong claim to back your side. I really want some help choosing

In my opinion they can all be equally as cute in their own little ways, even with some of the class specific things they say as well :P I’d say it should boil down to what class you’d like to play as a whole in terms of play style instead of by level of cuteness, as asuras are all cute :P

I understand your PoV, but I really want people to get specific, not general. there are so many of these little creatures running around, and I want to know which class looks cutest on them.

Why all asura combination are of’course adorable, I mean they’re always totally cute and all. But I actually DO know one certain class that I think is extra, extra adorable. And thats an asura ranger!

1st reason is simple: Animals!
Whats more cute then a lil asura running around on a big adventure in Tyria? A cute little asura and her/his furry companion adventuring togheter of’course!
Specially if the pet of choice is a pig I’d dare say.

2nd reason: The weapon-animation’s are all totally adorable!
Equip axes and your asura does the cutest little jumps! And I love the animations of the other weapons as well. Specially longbow and greatsword as there’s something very cute about a tiny lil asura handling such huge weapons!
For the shortbow I dearly recommend equiping a slingshot-skin, you can buy them for quite a fair prize at the traders if I recall it right! It truly does add a sort of naughty kind of cuteness!

For the most cute and fun class combo, look no further than the Asura Warrior!

With the Warrior class, you can send bookahs that are x3 times your Asura’s size flying using Stomp. Perform feats of agility (Hundred Blades, Flash Kick) and strength (Earthshaker, Bull’s Charge) that looks waaay better than the bookah’s version of the same skill. Make big Norns / Charrs run away in terror by yelling at them (Fear Me!).

Additionally, the Warrior class is highly effective in PvE (you wont need to press the ‘6’ button ever) and feared/complained alot about/OPed in PvP (for the time being).

You can try out these armor combos:

Pink Quaggan backpack
Rifle – Pop Gun

Asura Warrior
Inquest Armor set – without Helm displayed

Per definition, “cuteness” does not depend on the occupation, but rather on the ears and eyes.
Even though, some ambitious individual might develop emotional attachments to certain professions or fields of work, and from there develop further attraction towards persons working in those resorts, ultimately, that’s merely a strategic interest.
The concept of “cuteness” is typically born from the natural instinct to protect anything, which looks or behaves remotely infantile.
That being said, I find Engineers rather cute, because their clumsy attempts at creating automated weaponry in fact do look like infants work to me. Those turrets are neither energy efficient nor really durable, while not even delving into any recent scientific discoveries. Instead, those skritt-brains and college rejects try to compensate for their lack in creativity by mimicking primitive Charr technology.
Look further into their creations and you will find a flame thrower with an inefficient pump system and a crude steel tank, prone to corrosion.
An asura being incapable of doing proper science and thus resorting to petty tricks and crude, but admittedly sturdy charr technology is probably the closest to what you would call “cute”.

I saw an asura engi with the pirate hat and a couple mixed pieces of armor…cutest thing i’ve ever seen. Something about that huge hat with the feather on a tiny little asura. He was just standing there chuckin his nades lol

asura ranger, as pointed out above. Cute asura, plus pets? ..whats not to like :P.

Agreed, I have an Asura ranger and its dead cute when stood next to a giant bear.. sometimes when I jump on ledges or fences my pet stands underneath and it looks like I’m standing on it… so cute!
Also I have recently discovered how cute it looks with a greatsword, especially the animation when its walking looks like its too heavy to carry

Engineer. What is not to like about a lil toon dropping a big old bomb?
It is like a cute little bratty, I’m smarter than you now go take a blast of lead to the face type of cuteness.

Yeah I made my decision. I will have to choose the Male Asura Engineer.

They are so floppy and the idea of little floppy creatures hurdling bombs and jumping with rocket boots seem pretty cute.

Also I think of the Engineer as the most trollish class. I love that about them.. Hehe

I’m sorry fellow engineers. Somehow my engineer managed to be not cute. (Don’t know how that was possible haha.) Lolz I might try ranger now. Any tips for what type of armor I should get?

As of now I am an Asura Thief. I love the traditional/classical feel of the art of stealth and infiltration, and also love the fact that a tiny creature is able to do this. So awesome

If u like the gem store, magitech armor looks great. Also the cultural armor has some good pieces to mix-and-match with. COE chest looks awesome too. Best head pieces are the starter goggles imo. Grenth hood from gem store is kinda hot too, but not particularly “engi.”

Mesmer definitely, cause you can have 3 more adorable little monsters out

@Hircane: It all depends on the way your asura looks. If they look ugly, then 3 more monsters are a nightmare. However, if they are cute and clumsy, 3 more is like triple the awesomeness
