I’m not sure but the T2 weapons look like those plant race weapons, because it loos like it was made from green roots.

I dont know if it looks still like that but the last time i checked it was.

If people agrees with it is there a way to change the models?

I’m guessing the Sylvari and Asura share T1 and T2 cultural weapons because they ran out of time before launch. Just give it some time, I’m sure they’ll change them.

The T2 weapons are just “verdant” weapons, which start showing up as rares around lvl 40 and aren’t hard to get. The T1 is just “Glyphic”, which are available as drops from lvl1. Kind of a bummer there’s no second tier of their own, but they make up for it with the amazingly awesome T3 weapons.

It’s the same for each other race, T1 and T2 can be obtained as a loot. Only T3 looks unique.

Exception being Charr, since their stuff is available in the Iron Marches if I’m not mistaken. Just a tad depressing.

But beyond that, the Asura and Sylvari share a Asuran-styled T1 and a Sylvari-styled T2.

Not so much an issue, though, for the reason you stated.

I’d really like for ArenaNet to issue a response to this. The Tier 2 Asura Cultural Weapons are clearly not Asura-themed and need to be replaced.

Similarly the Sylvari t1 is not Sylvari themed. I hope they add replacement skins but well, seeing as how it went live like that ….

Considering how close the capitals of these races are, is this really such a surprise?

I didnt look that closely, but arent Asura T3 cultural weapons basically T1 but with a red tint instead of a cobalt one?

I think you might be looking at the wrong weapons. The Asura T3 are purple/silver looking weapons that are very cool! They even leave behind a very tiny trail of purple things when you move.

Oh, you’re absolutely right. I was confusing T3 asura with the ‘inquest’ dungeon weapons which is basically recolored T1 asura weapons.
