Guild Wars 2

My City Playlist won’t activate when going into city and rather continues to play the Ambient Playlist EVERYWHERE. Any solutions?

For some reason it only plays in Divinity’s Reach, Hoelbrak (I think) and Black Citadel.

I know it doesn’t play in Lion’s Arch, nor in The Grove. Can’t remember if it does in Rata Sum…
