Am I the only one who’ve brought myself an unbreakable choir bell and experienced how darn slow it’s catching up the notes? I don’t really know if this is a problem just for me, but every time I press a key, there’s always like a 1-1.5 second delay before playing the note. If I press all the keys simultaneously (my keyboard can register 64 keys at a time), it’ll just play 2 (or, in rare cases, 3) of the 8 notes pressed. The weird thing is that the bell choir activity have no such problems at all.

I’ve got a 94/12 Mbit wired connection (real speed) with a ping of 9ms, and I hardly doubt it’s caused by a connectivity problem. It just feels so bad when I’ve saved up 25g for that bell, and then… it doesn’t work…

I’ve noticed this too and it gets in the way of using it. Trying to do a fast melody doesn’t work because the notes following the first one don’t register correctly, etc.

EDIT Also I love the MSI reference in your account name, not very often that I see a reference like that.

It’s getting quite annoying, as I’m working on the monkey island intro theme, and have to visit the acitivity and play all the songs there every time I want to practice it. I wonder if I should post a video and report it as a bug?

Haha! I was quite out of creativity while creating my account, and had just finished building my new rig, so the name went totally random

It’s always been like this, sadly. They existed during the first Wintersday too, and it wasn’t any different then. I don’t understand why because the other instruments don’t have this problem, but… oh well, nothing to do about it, and I really doubt they’ll fix it when it’s been like this for a good year already.

I posted about this, too, a few days ago, and just saw your thread. I wish they’d fix it, or else I’ll be selling my bell. It’s no fun to play with the delay.
