As the topic title says: does Kirk Thornton do a voice in this game?

Walking through Lion’s Arch, I get wierded out occasionally because I swear I can hear Xiahou Dun (of Dynasty Warriors fame) having a conversation. Now it’s really bugging me.

Probably. They got a LOT of experienced voice-actors for this. For example, Yuri Lowenthal, a widely-experienced VA who is probably most well-known for being Sasuke in all the Naruto things ever (among many, MANY other roles he’s had), was some 2-bit nosebleed character from the Human noble storyline. So it’s entirely possible that you’re not crazy.
