“I’ll pass this along to the Pale Tree”, where ‘pass’ rhymes with ‘mass’. Whoever it is has a very nice voice but that ‘pass’ would get her a hiding at finishing school :p

The problem with the Sylvari is that the voice actors are American – so there are numerous slip ups like this where you get the typical American short A sound. (Which I personally find horrible) But oh well…

I cringe every time my male Sylvari says “ask” as ‘asK’ (short a sound and hard K), as opposed to ‘ahsk’ (longer a sound without a harsh k).
