Is it ever going to exist again? It’s been bugged since release and I still have seen nothing about them fixing it
I want to hear my character shout it’s shout please!

You’d probably be surprised by just how many players do not want to hear it.
However, a bug is a matter of things not working as intended, not someone’s personal preference. This seems like a bug, and I agree that it should be fixed. You know, eventually. When they finish with things like this.
