To change things up a little, I’ve recently started using a warhorn with my sylvari warrior. And boy, does that thing sound lame.
I do hope ArenaNet will change it in the future. How about something that realy sounds like a horn when you blow it, instead of a conch shell. It would be even better if nearby players could hear the sound echo. (For example: like how the the horn of Gondor echo’s trough the woods when Boromir makes his last stand in LOTR, or how the hornblowers drive Theon Greyjoy to madness in game of thrones.)
A warhorn isn’t just a magical tool to amplify your skills, it’s supposed to be heard from miles away, show courage to your allies and strike fear into the hearts of your foes. Large battles would be way more epic with real, strong warhorn sounds.
Who’s with me?

I’m with you, but I doubt it. If anyone happens to not like the sound, they’ll complain and it will be removed and/or lowered to inaudibility, so ArenaNet probably won’t bother.

Since warhorn skins and models are… well fairly regular from one another, I would love to get different sounds out of different horns. For instance, the dredge dual warhorn should sound different than its wooden counterpart..
This way, unlike any other weapon, some would be enticed to a type of horn not for the visual, but the sound it makes!

Warhorn and axe is my favourite Warrior weaponset, but yeah, Warhorn sounds terrible. Distinctive, sure (which is good from a game design point of view), but rather wishy-washy and not at all horn-like.
