Guild Wars 2

Is it just me or does the music playing in the background of LA almost identical to TES: Oblivion’s theme in the imperial city? I’m not screaming copyright blah blah blah, just asking to see if it’s not just me. Also, if anyone knows the name of the track in LA let me know.

I know the same guy does them, and it’s amazing. Oblivion has my favorite soundtrack out of 90% of the games I’ve played.

It’s probably because both game scores were made by godlike composer Jeremy Soule.

Indeed, same composer, so similar sound. This applies to Total Annihilation, Giants: Citizen Kabuto, and Supreme Commander as well.

Sadly Jeremy Soule wont create anymore music to GW2 from now on.
This was his final creation to Guild Wars games.

Jeremy Soule will no more compose for GW2? and do you know who is their composer now? Really need to know this…

Shame Jeremy is gone… Btw alot of the LA soundtrack (And many other areas) are tracks from gw1 :/ also composed by Jeremy Soule but its kinda lame considering alot of us have been hearing those tracks for more then 5 years now. Its not really bad because its beautiful but its not very diverse either :/
