Guild Wars 2

I was running through the Sylvari quests when I happened across this Sylvari NPC Tiachren, whose voice sound strikingly familiar. Not being able to capture it myself, I did find a youtube video with him in it:

I know for a fact I’ve heard this voice before, but I can’t quite get it down. I searched the whole credited cast of GW2 on IMDB and unfortunately the character Tiachren is not listed. The only clue I have is that it does sound like it would be someone from SWTOR, but that still leaves a lot of options.

I thought the same thing when I heard Tiachren’s voice. Although I don’t know for a fact who voiced Tiachren, but the first thing that came to my mind was the voice of Vincent Law from this Japanese anime called, “Ergo Proxy.” The voice actor’s name is Liam O’Brien. Listen to this YouTube clip from Ergo Proxy at 2:23.

I came here to find out if anyone got confirmation on Tiachrens voice… To me it felt like Benedict Cumberbatch! O_O

It does sound VERY familiar, but i can’t place it either =X

And the reason why I recognized his voice was not because of War (Darksiders), but because of High King Titarion (Kingdoms of Amalur) ^^
