All other games souns works fine, in gw i cant hear anything… Any idea how to solve the issue?

Ya, had the same problem – especially in final story mission, to solve this you can go to options menu > audio and set the mixing buffer from lowest latency to most stable.
this fixed the problem right away (no restart required).
