Not working any longer for me either! I did hear it once when I first started playing 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried restoring default sound settings just in case but that hasn’t made any differences. No sound changes on my system (though seems like there may have been some window updates snuck in there).
I’ve noticed the Orchestra plays music at some times, but not at others. It may be linked to the in-game clock; I suspect it only plays music during the “day”.
I can’t hear the Orchestra anymore either. I tried coming back at various times of the day but I was never able to hear anything.
