So basilisk venom, is slightly longer, can be covered with other condi, But doesn’t really matter when some classes can fart condi cleanses and the target can still cast them anyways?

they can still attack/block/stuff with immob. petrify forces them to pop a stunbreak if they want to do any of those things.

2 charges of 2seconds immo > 1.5 second of stun IMO. Moreover, Scorpid is instant cast while Basilisk has a 1s cast time.
Daze +immob = make-shift stun anyway so… Sleight of Hand, devourer’s venom, have fun.
