Why cant I move when I am using those elite skills ?
Is that a bug? Will they fix that ?
Is moving with those skills considered over powered?

It’s no bug and they cant fix it.

But they could change that skills, so that you can move while you use them.

I forget which one, but there is one that still lets you move while auto attacking
