I was wondering if there will be a more detailed class balance preview like we had some time ago. Has Anet stopped doing this? If so, why?
I’m not talking about a few changes per class like those we know about for weeks now, I’m talking about the (more or less) whole thing.

The community really appreciated those previews, so maybe it’s not a bad thing to release one for the “big patch” hitting in two weeks.

Sorry if anet already released a preview (again, I’m not talking about those few balance updates we already know about for weeks), if so, a link would be appreciated.

Well, they decided to sneak in some nerfs on SP thief/Hambow/that other one

Point being that if they feel like adding in nerfs on the second livestream there’s no precedent to keep them from adding more on the third.

Dunno man, if that’s it… well… that’d be disappointing. Really hope there’ll be some more information BEFORE the actual patch hits. It was great fun discussing incoming changelogs and giving feedback before they were released.

Im kinda disappointed there has been no mention of new skills/weps in ready up yet, since they did say it is going to be comparable to expansions from other games. Dont leave me disappointed devs!

If those small balance changes are it… I’ll be very disappointed.

It’s really only a problem because it seems like Anet is very slow at updating the game other than the “Living Story” stuff.

Are we going to have to wait another 6 months before a real balance patch?

that is a pritty good point, it does seem like there is a fair bit of new content but hardly an expansions worth, either way the changes coming will be very much accepted.
