Its all up to numbers, really. You’d have to specify builds, and frankly the best builds have both.
What exactly makes for the better support? Or, in what situations would you want to have one more than the other? For clarification, CM is raw heals, BM is boons and some conditions(weakness and the like), and both have some form of condi-cleanse.
