Did the feature patch change anything?
IMO: considering the majority of Meta builds were left completely alone or only slightly tweaked… no it didn’t really change anything.
except for maybe Ele’s builds with the new traits.

Nothing changed. Game is still in a mess from dungeon perspective, and arguably, WvW and Open world Pve.
Depressing. How long will we have to wait for more meaningful changes?
Theme park mmo that has the same rides every time you log in. They should focus on improving sandbox aspects of the game. The game rewards repitition and not elitism which makes it boring in the long run. Its a shame anets vision for the game doesnt match well with a lot of its fans

Things actually got worse in PvE. Full zerk is still the meta, and some previously viable builds actually died out, meaning there’s even less builds to play with.

Did I ever say it wasn’t a set? It’s the PvE meta gear setup. A meta isn’t all about trait/skill builds.
If you want to be technical about it, a build involves the stats you’re using for the build as well, so technically, zerker sets are a part of the meta builds.
