Healing: 1,300 + (0.2) Healing Power
Number of Targets: 5
Notes:
The shield will still persist for the two-second cast time, despite the graphical effect.

yes, i realize there is another topic for guardian shield skills 4 & 5 but the original post was asking for a simple recharge time reduction while i am proposing something new in here so hence, a new separate topic.
