For healing power to be effective it should also effect people in downed state be it by being able to rez faster or by actually being able to heal those downed men up with healing skills because if you go dps you can rally allies but with healing you can’t do nothing for those that are downed which is just kinda awkward.

I did notice that ArenaNet is trying out new stuff for people to go for other specs then just high dmg so maybe this could be the next big step towards making other specs more viable.

I agree people with healing power should be able to resurrect other players faster.
Or better yet, people without healing power make it slower.

I always wondered why downed players didn’t receive heals. It never made sense to me.
