Most warrior builds these days use 20 points in defense for Cleansing ire. This includes the minor Adrenal Health adding 39hp/s per bar of adrenalin to the healing signet giving up to 509 hp/s. A nerf is needed but it would be a lot better to tie the signet more to the profession instead of just lowering base hp/s or trying to get an active effect on a signet.

The deal with warriors is you can get some nice benefits if traited for keeping adrenalin, but basically every spvp/wvw builds(hambow, condi bow/dual sword, hammer/ sword warhorn, etc..) uses their adrenalin for the burst+condi remove, resulting in 0-1 bar most times.

So removing adrenal health and making the signet passive heal based on adrenalin with a fairly low hp/s without adrenalin and quite high hp/s with 3 bars makes keeping them quite viable so people can still “burst” or bunker up, just not both at the same time. Also warriors tend to get adrenalin quite fast back(cleansing ire, burst mastery, berserker stance) it might work better with an interval on the passive heal.

New 15 defense minor could be kitten tbh, people will still go for cleansing ire so no need to buff that line.

Again not realizing that warrior HPS is not the problem and that the ability to remove conditions so easily is the real problem.
