Necromancer Plague Signet
SoR removes a condi only from the guardian.
PS however affects only one (not sure) teammate and transfers (or just copy, might be bugged) a conditon from him / her at every whatever seconds.
This skill might have the same effects as Signet of Resolve (Guard). More specifically I mean the speed of action. Signet of Resolve acts immediately to the entire group but Plague Signet (necro) has a very slow effect.
